Dr. Julia will review your intake forms and talk to you about any questions she might have about what brought you in, your lifestyle, and any significant history. Then you will have a thorough, hands-on evaluation to determine the best course of action and the need for any additional testing, such as thermography, EMG or x-rays. In emergent situations, you may receive your first treatment on the first day. Please allow 60 minutes.
We call your second visit the "Report of Findings". We feel it is very important for you to know what we have found, what we recommend, and most importantly, why we make the recommendations we do. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about treatment options. We will explain what treatments will cost and review payment options. We believe well-informed patients make the best decisions about their health! Allow 30 minutes.
Once your care plan has been established, you or your child will come in for a series of treatments. It is common to receive recommendations over the course of weeks or months, with periodic evaluations to chart progress. These visits take 5-10 minutes, and it's where the magic happens!
Dr. Julia went to Haiti on a medical mission trip, where she was honored to serve hundreds of children and adults who have no other access to health care. You will be in great hands with her!
